  • Simply get in touch using the contact form with your dates, location (please include your postcode) and a few details about your cat(s). I will get back to you as soon as possible.

    If I am available, we can arrange a meet & greet before the booking begins.

  • I’m based in West Greenwich and primarily cover West and Central Greenwich for cat sitting, as well as the Deptford Creekside area.

    At quieter times, it may also be possible for me to cover parts of East Greenwich and Westcombe Park. Unfortunately, I’m not currently able to cover North Greenwich.

    Visits are carried out on foot or, where needed, using public transport.

  • Yes — I offer a free meet & greet before your first booking. This gives us a chance to discuss your cat’s routine, feeding, personality and any specific needs, as well as key collection and home details.

    It’s also an opportunity for your cat to meet me beforehand and helps ensure they feel as comfortable as possible during my visits.

  • Once your booking is confirmed, I’ll send an invoice by email with a secure payment link via Stripe.

    Payment is requested at least 5 days before your booking begins to secure your requested dates.

    Please note that for Christmas bookings, payment is requested 10 days in advance.

  • Payment is requested at least 5 days before your booking begins.

    I understand that plans can sometimes change. Cancellations made more than 5 days before the booking start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 2–5 days of the booking will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking start date are non-refundable.

  • I do not offer overnight visits currently.

  • Yes — I am fully insured and DBS checked. You can also view confirmation of my insurance via the Protectivity logo in the website footer.

  • Updates, photos and videos are sent via Whatsapp/ messaging during visits so you can feel reassured while you’re away.
